Abstract
Through the case report of a bipolar patient treated with lithium for the past twenty years who presented a nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, a renal insufficiency, and a lithium intoxication. The different complications and their eventual treatment of lithium maintenance therapy are exposed and discussed.
