La maladie de von Willebrand type 3 s’accompagne d’une diminution du taux du facteur VIIIC qui peut être confondu dans certaines situations avec une hémophilie A. Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient présentant une maladie de von Willebrand type 3 suivi et traité comme un hémophile A modéré durant toute son enfance.

The von Willebrand disease type 3 can be confused with hemophilia A because a very low level of factor VIIIC, we will report the case of patient with von Willebrand disease type 3 treated as moderate hemophilia A.
